ABOUT
Serve people well. Invest in their journey. Help them rise.
A MISSION TO SERVE
WATTERS AVIATION was created to give back to the aviation community, returning a promise to pay forward the mentorship and support that were generously given. Aviation has a way of changing lives, and this work is rooted in gratitude for the people who invested in mine.
Every aviator carries a unique and meaningful story. Some are just beginning. Others are changing careers, refining their skills, or stepping into new chapters. No matter the stage, you deserve a mentor who listens, understands your goals, and walks with you through the challenges and milestones ahead.
Watters Aviation is built on collaborative, encouraging, service‑driven mentorship. The kind that supports long‑term growth, not just short‑term outcomes.

FLYING HURRICANE RELIEF MISSIONS
A JOURNEY OF SERVICE & FLIGHT
Nicholas began his career as a mechanical engineer, supporting a global electromechanical product line before leading an eight‑figure business to record profitability and negotiating multi‑million‑dollar deals. Over fourteen years with the same company, he served in engineering, operations, and commercial leadership roles, earning recognition and developing a broad, disciplined skillset.
Although he once expected to retire with that organization, Nicholas felt a calling to pursue a career as a professional pilot - a leap of faith that became one of the hardest and most defining chapters of his life. Today, he continues his family’s legacy as a third‑generation airline pilot.
“You must expect great things of yourself before you can do them.” — Michael Jordan
Having forged a path through uncertainty, Nicholas founded WATTERS AVIATION to give back to the aviation community and offer steady guidance to fellow aviators navigating their own journeys.
He has worked with multiple flight schools as a single‑ and multi‑engine instrument instructor, bought and sold his first airplane, and gained real‑world experience through diverse cross‑country flying in a variety of aircraft.
Throughout his career, Nicholas has remained committed to serving others and practicing servant leadership. He hopes the breadth of his professional and personal experience will continue to support and uplift those in need.
